久々のGold Coast

しばらくぶりにSaturday Marketに出かけて来ました。



土日になるとあちこちで開催されるけど、

私のお気に入りの所はとてもPEACEな雰囲気で

無農薬の朝取り野菜は勿論



ハンドメイドのパン、パスタ、オリーブオイル、ソーセージ。

パスタ関係は本場イタリア人が手作りです！

玉子も新鮮！



おまけにHipなアコギの生演奏有で土曜の朝、



少し早めに起きて朝飯兼ねて

ダラダラの土曜日の始まり始まりってな感じです

いやー、本当に10年続けた事は凄い事！

文化功労賞物です！

日本政府はこのような民間人の

草の根の文化伝道者にこそ

感謝をすべきです。

お風呂の文化を西洋社会で実践する事は

並大抵のことではありません！

以前オーナーの方と話した時

開店当時いかがわしい場所と

間違えられていたそうです。

大体他人と湯船に入る何て「何て事だ！」なのです

それが今では、オージー達が湯船に浸かり

「ふ〜」とか「あ〜〜」とか発してる！

トド見たいな巨体で体を冷ましてる状態見ると、

やはりこの文化は寿司と同じで万国共通な事が分る。

未だシャイなオージー達に日本では銭湯が社交場で

子供達も男同士社会のルールを他人からしつけられ、

大人は裸の付き合いの中で仕事のこと、カミさんの事、

地域の話題について話し合い、

親しくなれば互いに背中を流しあった事等話しました。

名刺も、洋服も、金銀装飾もない世界、

人間が裸で付き合う素晴らしさ、

そして何より湯船に浸かった時の「第一声」

これは本当に魂が自由になった時の声。

本当に10年ご苦労様です。

何時もメルボルンに行く度にもう無くなってるのでは？

とドキドキしてましたが、

今では娘さんが番台に立ち指揮してる。

本当にこれからも頑張って下さいね！

今回はStylusのリーダー,

Peter Cupplesと参戦しましたが鼻歌が聞こえてました。

今度は二階のRelax roomでシンプルな音楽会しませんか？

Yeah, it’s great to keep running the public bath decade!

It deserves of the cultural testimonial!

Japanese government should appreciate for these citizens

who preach about the grass-roots culture.

It is no easy task to practice the Japanese bath culture

in the western societies!

Last time I met with the owner,

he told me that people misunderstood the shop was a shameful one.

Generally, sharing a bathtub with others is unbelievable for Aussies.

However now, Aussies enjoy in a hot bath, saying

“Fu —”
or
“Ah —”

When I saw a big Aussie was cooling down his body,

I realized this bath culture is an international culture same as sushi.

I taught Aussie there that the public bath is one of a saloon in Japan.

Children are disciplined the rule of man society.

Adults share about their jobs, wives and some news of the town.

If you got friendships with others, you wash his back each other.

There are no business cards, good clothes and jewelries there.

The wonderfulness of being naked together.

Above all, the first voice when you go to the bathtub shows

your soul was released.

I appreciate for the hardship decade.

Every time I go to Melbourne, I wondered that the public bath

was closed up or not.

However, the daughter of the owner is leading at the reception now.

Hoping to keep it!

I enjoyed it with Peter Cupples, the leader of Stylus this time.

Why don’t you place a simple concert at the relax room in second floor.

Come and enjoy the bath if you called at Melbourne.

They have a massage and a lady’s bath as well.

You need to book before coming.

They will tell you it’s available or not exactly.

From generation to generation.

その沖縄出身の料理人、

Melbourneのsoftware engineerの面々。
